Hi, I’m Jonathan, founder of Big bertha Original. I would like to speak to you about some of the challenges we face and to ask you for your help.
2020 has been exceptionally challenging for us. We were closed for parts of spring, and many of our suppliers were closed or struggling to provide to us deep into the summer.
We are now moving towards Christmas. As for many retailers, Christmas is one of our busiest times of the year. Unfortunately this year, due to surges across the ecommerce world, delivery chains risks being overwhelmed. In anticipation of this high demand and to prevent such problems, the delivery companies are strictly limiting collection space from late November until NY. Our bean bags are generally very large items and can fill it very easily.
Once our allocated space is used up we will be unable to offer a pre Christmas slot.
We have plenty of space available to us currently.
Please help my team and I to help you by placing your order as early as possible this year.
