I bought the earthy green beanbag and I love how it slots in perfectly with my African decor in savannah colours. It’s very comfy too with the perfect amount of filling and even these 60something old bones can get on and off it pretty easily …. And it moulds to your form very nicely if you do a bit of wiggling into it! Highly recommended!

I love these bean bags. Previous I had the huge cloud sack but when I had to replace it due to a flood I decided to go fkr the sofa type instead. Absolutely love them but boy were they more difficult to fill. It took me 3 hours on my own to fill. Then still needed topping up the day after.I have to say though it is well worth it. I love it and the dog does too lol.I have them in my converted basement as my snuggy chillout room so cant wait to chill on them at weekend. Also got a couple of cushions and neck hugger in faux rabbit fur - sooooo soft and comfy. Might struggle keeping the dog of these lol.

Bought an amazing furry beanbag for my granddaughter. It is absolutely beautiful. It was a bit of a faff to fill it, especially when you live on your own but I did it!! It is fab quality and huge. I bought it at half price but wouldn’t have wanted to pay full price for it. Really happy with my bargain.

Bought a rectangular bean bag to help my arthritic dog get on sofa. Exactly what we needed and prompt delivery. The filling comes separate from the cover. It's a bit of a pain to put in, but at the same time it means you have control over how firm or soft the beanbag is and that is a plus.

These chairs are very comfortable and seem to be well made. So far so good.Plenty big enough for an adult to sit on. They look very sweet/dinky. Just what we wanted, but would be unsuitable if you have problems standing from low furniture or if you want something as imposing as a standard arm chair.Filling them is a bit of a faff, but definitely not a show -stopper. We had two done in under half an hour the pair. It's a justified small hassle given the price.

I ordered a chair for my grandson and am really pleased with the product and the service. The chair is great quality and exactly what we wanted.We had an issue with the delivery company, but after contacting customer services the team were responsive and quickly arranged a replacement. Excellent customer service throughout.My grandson loves his chair, and I would happily recommend this company.

The beanbag itself is good quality, just as expected. However, the packing and self-assembly process is dreadful. The polystyrene beads are sent in a separate plastic bag with a messy, cumbersome system for filling the beanbag. It took two people an hour to fill because of the way the beanbag is divided into internal compartments. This is supposedly justified because the beanbag can be emptied for cleaning - but the idea that it would ever be possible to get all the beans out of the crevices inside is ridiculous. Even if the company insists on sending the equipment to empty the beanbag, there is no reason it should not come pre-filled - this just seems like a way to save themselves the labour. Also the zip-pull on the outside of the beanbag is a paper clip, which obviously looks very cheap and flimsy.

Although the pouffe was lovely it did not suit the place i wanted it for.it was picked back up and although the return took a while , the team sorted my query straigt away.Couldn't fault the product or the customer service

It's light, so very handy to move around and use as a footstool, for a child to sit on or a small pet to lie on. I got it for a cat, but it's been moved around a lot.When it should have been delivered it got lost by the delivery company but I emailed the supplied and they sent another straight away, which arrived safely, very good service from them.

Purchased two cushions for my daughter. Unfortunately, they didn't suit her needs. Contacted their customer services, returned the items and received a refund no bother. Can't fault them.

Absolutely over the moon with my order, everything was top quality, looks beautiful in my living room, blanket to match, bean bag, cushions. Can definitely recommend buying products.

Good size bean bag but should be supplied filled, states this is due to shipping costs, but it still would have come in the same size enormous box, it was hard work and lots of mess to fill it, for the price it should be filled.

Really easy to setup. Took me about 5 minutes. Kids love it. Beanbag failed delivery and DPD were hard to contact but Alex in the office made some calls and i got it back next day.

Gorgeous print on the chair. Comfy and soft chair. Biggest downside was putting the beans in the chair. My box arrived so wet it was disintegrating, I couldn't use the box to fill the chair like instructed so beans were everywhere. It could have done with twice as many beans as were provided too. Could do with more beans..I know you can buy more but I spent enough. My daughter hardly uses it but it looks good. Bought in sale , so got a good price. Way to expensive otherwise.

I liked the price, I liked the product, I liked the quality and I liked the delivery time. I don’t like how you have to file the bean bag yourself because it’s absolute chaos and I don’t understand how you’re supposed to wash the bean bag/foot stool without emptying all the beans out and going through that process again - which was unexpected.

Good communication with the company. Although I did not keep the chair due to the person I ordered it for changing their mind, the company were very good about it and assisted me in how to send it back and claim my refund. Despite the communications happening in the lead up to Christmas and then between Christmas and new year, the company were very helpful and responded to my questions when they were in office. Thank you.

It is absolutely brilliant for use on my chair and in bed for back support. Also I take it to a craft class I go to because the chairs there are so uncomfortable.

Matches our other cord bits perfectly. And super squishy. Got some ketchup on it a few days ago and it washed really easily and came out like new.

We ordered a beanbag couch. It’s really comfy and quite easy to put together. The beads do get everywhere but I feel that’s just expected. Love it!

I didn’t realise I’d have to fill the beans myself into the bag, so be warned. The bag itself is nice quality and my son is very happy with it. I wouldn’t say it’s big enough for an adult but it fits a kid nicely.

Excellent all round...got the large beanbag chair and footstool for my 9yr old daughter14 year old has used it and footstool massively worth getting for when daughter is older...she doesn't need it atmDog also loves it 🤷‍♂️

I ordered an additional extra large cushion to compliment the 3 extra large cushions we had previously purchased.I was unhappy with the filler supplied with the cushion and contacted customer service to complain. Customer service promptly replaced the filler with a more suitable product.

Product is good, a little narrow to lie on even though I'd checked the measurements. The filling will go everywhere even when great care is taken! Delivery was not great and really should have been notified there would be two separate ones.

I’m really happy with this purchase. First of all, I love the colour options — I chose one that fits perfectly with my home’s overall theme. The setup was straightforward and easy, with clear instructions, which I really appreciated.At first, it took a little getting used to the lack of structure, but that’s obviously part of what a beanbag is. Once it settles, it becomes incredibly comfortable. I chose the corduroy version and absolutely love the feel of it it’s soft, cosy, and inviting.My only downside is that I wish the materials were natural rather than synthetic. If there were a fully natural-fabric option, I’d happily pay extra for it. That said, overall comfort and quality are still excellent.It’s simple, cosy, easy furniture, and surprisingly supportive. I’ve even found myself nearly falling asleep on it. If I’d gone for the larger lounger version, I think I could comfortably sleep on it. Because of that, I’m genuinely very pleased with my choice.I’d definitely recommend a beanbag to anyone looking for relaxed, comfortable seating. I’d also consider buying from this store again in the future.. especially once some of the sold-out items are back in stock. I can't be bothered to take a photo its literally as described.Very happy overall. Thank you.

Items are of good quality and as shown. Communication is good. Promptly despatched abd received. I have bean bag and floor cushion in teal. Bean bag bit tricky but fun to fill...needs 2 people to avoid a tsunami ofsmall beads!

I was looking for a longer footrest and found big Bertha.It is perfect for me and as it’s filled with polystyrene balls, it’s always comfortable.

Lovely quality material. Quick delivery. But not enough filling. Would recommend that there was a back/arms filling section and a separate base filling section to avoid it dispersing

I loved the style of the gamer bean chair, purchased for my Granddaughter. She finds it very comfortable and likes the cord fabric. We had an issue with the amount of beans when we went to fill it, but one quick email and they forwarded the few we needed to give it it's full shape. So a very happy customer and excellent customer service

Treating customers right from start to finish, whatever the process and outcome is, matters. Its really important that Big Bertha embrace a good business ethic for they're own reputation and customer confidence. I had my doubts initially but i think they've come through with the right outcome so far. Not completely there yet, it depends how long it takes them to process the item i returned. And the idea my Return is in a queue doesn't give me lots of confidence in how fast they process it.

Have been asking my wife to get large pillow since we redecorated.Ended up with tree standard sofa pillows that always moved around .Found this site and hey presto exactly as I wanted.I did end up getting another filling to bolster original as I found even letting filling fluff up I still found it to soft for what I wanted .Early Christmas present to my self , perfect 👍😊

Bought cushions and covers. Although I wasn't happy with the filled amount to begin with, I can honestly say it has been a long whilst since I had customer care on this level. Beth went over above to offer solutions and even followed up with a further suggestion, which worked perfectly in the end. I chose this company because it was UK based and would definitely recommend. The quality of the covers were never in doubt, just the amount of filling. Thank you so very much for reaching out to me. It meant so much and we love them all!

Let me start by saying that the bean bags are really comfy once filled and I love them. It did take me a while to fill them as I had to do it by myself, an interesting task that I wasn’t expecting at the price point of them. Not the cheapest by far but over all they are really good

Nice and big dog bed. The material around the sides are a strong corded material but not really happy with the top. It look nice but the top is a soft and fluffy which is very easy for the dog to chew, I don't think it will last very long before a hole will be made. It's expensive so I expect it too last but won't be happy if it doesn't
